October 1, 2009 - Marshfield Office is Up & Running! The law offices of Nash Podvin Attorneys at Law, S.C. are now in Marshfield! Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 4:00, with the exception of Tuesday, when the office opens at 10:00 am. We are staffing the office daily as follows: Mondays - Jim Tuchscherer Tuesdays - Greg Jerabek Wednesdays - Dick Weymouth Thursdays - Bob Kryshak Fridays - Amy Boettcher In addition, Jeff Huttenburg, Mike Lauterbach and Fran Podvin will be available for appointments. Visit us at our offices on the second floor of The Thomas House, 103 South Central in Marshfield. The main entrance to the Marshfield office is located off of the Veterans Parkway (across the street from Kwik Trip). Walk up the stairs to the second floor, and our office is located at the top of the stairs. The back entrance can be accessed from the opposite side of the building. Please note that an elevator is located just inside the back entrance for your convenience.

May 19, 2009 - Wisconsin's New Smoking Ban Law in Effect 2010 The law, signed May 18 by Gov. Jim Doyle and which takes effect July 5, 2010, prohibits smoking in bars, restaurants, hotel rooms and most other work places.
